• The CSIR IMMT exam for Junior Secretariat Assistant is either a written OMB-based test or a computer-based test.
• It is conducted in two phases: Paper-I and Paper-II.
• Paper-II will be evaluated only for those candidates who have secured the minimum threshold marks in Paper-I.
• Paper-I will consist of 100 questions for 200 marks, that need to be solved in 90 minutes. This paper does not have any negative marking for wrong answers.
• Paper-II will consist of 100 questions for 300 marks and the time provided will be 60 minutes. There will be negative markings in this paper.
• Both the paper will be in Hindi and English language.

• Provide all the necessary information like name, phone number, and email-Id.

• After registration, log in through your system-generated user name and password.
• Fill out the application form with all the required details, especially the mandatory (*) details.
• Upload the scanned copies of your photograph and signature in the required size.
• Now preview the application and modify it if needed and then submit.
• Pay the application fees and the application process I complete.
• Take a print-out of the application and payment details for future references.

• Valid documents for identification like Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, etc.
• Any other document/ certificates/ testimonials for any additional qualification.
• Newspaper cutting of Advertisement indicating the name of paper, data & page number.

• The application fee charged by the applicants is Rs. 100.
• SC/ST/PWD/Women/other Gender Category/Ex-Servicemen/CSIR Employees as well as Identified Casual Workers in CSIR are not charged any fees.
