Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.): Undergraduate engineering programs in disciplines such as Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.
Master of Technology (M.Tech.): Postgraduate programs in specialized areas of engineering and technology.
Master of Science (M.Sc.): Postgraduate programs in sciences like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.

The fee structure for IITs varies for different programs and categories. The fees for undergraduate programs (B.Tech.) for Indian students range from approximately INR 2-3 lakhs per year. For postgraduate programs (M.Tech., M.Sc., MBA), the fees range from INR 1-2 lakhs per year. The fees for international students may be higher.
Admissions to undergraduate programs in IITs are primarily based on the JEE Main and JEE Advanced, which are highly competitive national-level entrance exams. For postgraduate programs, admissions are usually based on Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores or other entrance exams conducted by IITs.
