Gramin Dak Sevak Eligibility

The applicants must fulfil a few criteria in terms of age limit and educational qualification, nationality, etc., before submitting their applications for the post of GDS. Those who do not fulfil the GDS Eligibility Criteria will be disqualified from the selection process. Check details of the same in the following sections.

GDS Age Limit

Have a look at the minimum and maximum age limit required to apply for the GDS recruitment. Age will be determined as on the last date of submission of application as per notification.

Maximum Age - 40 years

Age Relaxation

GDS Educational Qualification

Here are the other GDS eligibility criteria set for the applicants i.e. education qualification, that should also be fulfilled to apply for this recruitment.

High School / Matriculation level exam from a recognized Board with passing marks in Mathematics and English.
The candidate should have studied the local language at least up to the 10th standard.
