NEET MDS 2022 will be a single-window entrance examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations for all Dental PG courses. Candidates seeking admission to the Master of Dental Surgery must clear the NEET MDS exam. It is the only compulsory exam organized for entry to MDS programs. Those appearing in the state-level or institution-level exam will not be considered for the Dental postgraduate courses. While NBE conducts the exam and announces the result, the Directorate of General Health Services completes the selection and counselling process. Candidates who wish to apply for NEET MDS 2022 are advised to read and understand the criteria set by NBE. It is also important that a candidate meets the requirements set by NBE for the exam. If at any point in time NBE finds out that the candidates do not meet the eligibility requirements for NEET MDS 2022, his/her candidature will be cancelled. The eligibility criteria for NEET MDS 2022, as per MDS Course Regulations 2017 notified by the Dental Council of India with prior approval of MoHFW is as follows :
Applicants must not be younger than 20 years of age
They must possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a University/Institute recognised by the DCI
They must be registered with the Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Dental Council (SDC) (permanent/provisional)
They must have completed 12 months of compulsory rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2022
The Board will issue the NEET MDS admit card 2022 on the official website. Candidates will be informed about the same through SMS. Please note that no admit card will be sent through the post to any candidate. To download it, the applicants must use the user ID and password. Check for the details like the candidate's roll number, the center of the exam, time allotment, etc. on the call letter. In case of discrepancy, contact the authority immediately. After downloading the admit card, affix your latest passport size photograph in the provided space on the admit card. The specifications of the photograph are as under:
How to download the admit card for NEET MDS 2022 ?
NEET MDS syllabus is considered as one of the basic tools to scale up the preparation for the exam. NEET MDS question paper is divided into two parts, A B. Part A comprises 100 marks while part B has140 marks questions. All the subjects given in NEET MDS syllabus should be prepared well to qualify for the exam. The subjects of the syllabus for NEET MDS 2022 are as follows.

NBE will conduct the NEET MDS 2022 exam on a single day, in a single session. There will be multiple-choice questions (240 questions) in two parts Part A (100 questions) and Part B (140 questions). Time allotted for the exam 180 minutes. For the wrong answers, 25% marks will be deducted. In the case of unattempted questions, no marks will be subtracted. 4 marks are given for each correct answer. The medium of the exam is English.

NEET MDS application form 2022 has been released online by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). Aspirants of the NEET MDS exam have to register online on the official website of NBE to be able to fill the application form. The last date to fill and submit the application form for NEET MDS 2022 will be in November. The final submission of the NEET MDS application form will require the candidates to pay a non-refundable fee. Without remitting this application fee, the application form of NEET MDS 2022 cannot be submitted. Candidates who wish to appear for the postgraduate entrance test are advised to check the NEET MDS eligibility criteria before applying for it. Candidates found ineligible will not be allowed to appear for the examination, and their NEET MDS 2022 application form would be rejected.
