NHM CHO Eligibility

Age Limit
  • The age of the candidates should be between 18 years to 42 years as of the prescribed date while applying for the post.
  • There shall be age relaxation for the reserved category candidates as per the rules of the Haryana Government.

Educational Qualification

The NHM Haryana CHO qualification criteria should be fulfilled by the applicants before applying for the post. The educational qualification is as follows:

  • BAMS or B.Sc Nursing/Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing Degree Holders who have completed their Six Months Mid Level Health Provider’s Bridge Course Programme on Certificate in Community Health for Nurses from IGNOU or any University/Institutes assigned by the State.
  • B.Sc Nursing/Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing Graduates who have completed their degree with Mid-Level Health Providers(MLHPs) Course Integrated into B.Sc Nursing/Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing Curriculum in compliance with circular/notification issued by Indian National Nursing Council.
  • BAMS or B.Sc Nursing/Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing Degree Holders.
  • Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit Language up to Matriculation level.

The steps to download the NHM Haryana CHO Admit Card are as follow

Step 3: Now check the NHM Haryana CHO Admit Card link and click on it.

Step 4: Next, enter the required credentials to login.

Step 5: The Admit Card can be viewed on the screen.
