INI SS 2023 Result is releasing on 5th May 2023 for DM/ M.Ch. INI SS (Institute of National Importance Super Specialty entrance test) is a medical entrance exam conducted at national level. It is organized by AIIMS for admission into DM/ M.Ch./ MD Hospital Administration Courses. Admission is offered at various institutions – AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, NIMHANS, and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, etc.
The INI SS exam is held twice a year in the months of January & July. For July session, registration started from 14th March 2023. Here in this article, we have provided complete details about INI SS 2023 from application process to counselling process.

INI SS 2023 eligibility criteria for DM/M.Ch
To get admission to DM/M.Ch. seats through the common entrance test, candidates must meet the INI SS eligibility criteria 2023 as laid down by the authority.
Candidates must have completed the requisite qualification, degree and tenure by January 31, 2023.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the educational qualification mentioned in the information brochure.
Age relaxation: The age relaxation offered by the authority varies for different categories which can be referred from the table below.

Eligibility criteria MD (Hospital Administration)
Candidates must have an MBBS or equivalent degree.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in government hospitals or five years of experience in general practice.
Candidates belonging to UR/OBC/EWS/Sponsored category must have obtained 55% in aggregate in MBBS whereas those belonging to SC/ST must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Candidates must be registered with the Central /State Medical Registration Council.
Candidates who have graduated from foreign universities must fill in their FMGE exam marks in the application form.
The INI SS 2023 exam will be conducted in online (CBT) mode in two stages. The stage I will comprise of 80 questions that needs to be answered in 90 minutes. For every correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark and for every incorrect answer, one-third mark will be deducted. Stage II will be conducted for those candidates who apply for AIIMS and will be of 20 marks only.

Candidates must secure 50% marks or more in stage I.
Candidates must have registered online for AIIMS seats in respective specialty/course.
Candidates fulfilling the AIIMS eligibility criteria will be called for departmental clinical/practical/lab-based assessment related to subspecialty/systems/component of the specialty/course for which the candidate has applied.
Candidates must obtain 50% marks or more in stage I and stage II combined to qualify for AIIMS seat allocation.
Candidates who wish to apply for the INI SS 2022 entrance test had to register on the official website of the institute, aiimsexams.ac.in. Only those candidates who complete the registration process can fill INI SS 2022 application form for admission to AIIMS DM/MCh/MD-Hospital Administration courses. Candidates must note that AIIMS accept only online applications for INI SS 2022 July session. Candidates had to fill all details and pay the application fee, INR 4250 + transaction charges to submit the application form for the exam. Candidates could choose three options as exam centre out of the list of cities released by AIIMS. Options of exam centres can be chosen while filling the application form for AIIMS DM/MCh/MD(HA) courses.
