RPSC RAS ​​2023 Exam Date Released : Rajasthan Public Service Commission has published an official notification announcing the number of vacancies for Rajasthan Administrative Services, Rajasthan Taxation Services, Rajasthan Police Services, Rajasthan Accounts Services and other subordinate posts. The basic eligibility criteria for the RPSC RAS exam include:

• Candidates should obtain a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
• Candidates should be minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years as of January 1, 2022. For non-gazetted employees, the minimum age limit is 25 years and the maximum age limit is 45 years as on January 1, 2022

RPSC issues the RAS admit card for each stage of the RAS exam. The RAS exam is conducted in three stages and hence for each stage, a separate admit card is issued. RAS prelims admit card is issued online, ten days before the exam date. The RAS admit card tells about the exam centres and the district centre.

The RAS admit card for the main exam is issued fifteen days before the exam. The RAS main admit card is issued to the candidates who had qualified the RAS prelims exam. The RAS main exam admit card is issued online only and it should be kept till the last stage of the RPSC RAS exam. It is checked at the time of the RPSC interview also.

The RPSC RAS selection process includes the following three stages:

• Preliminary exam: This is an objective-type screening test of 200 marks. Candidates need to complete the paper in three hours duration. This test can be conducted in either offline or online mode as the prevailing conditions permit.
• Main exam: This is a descriptive-type analytical-type written test. The test contains four papers of 200 marks each. The time allowed to complete each paper is three hours.
• Personality/ viva-voce exam: Candidates who qualify in the RAS Main exam, need to appear for a personality test/ interview. The weightage for the personality test is 100 marks.

The RPSC RAS syllabus is quite vast especially for mains exam as it requires proper planning and time to complete. The Main exam of RPSC RAS consists of a total of four papers of 200 marks each. It is mandatory for candidates to appear for all four papers. Each paper contains descriptive/ analytical (brief, medium, long answer and descriptive type questions) questions. Candidates need to complete each paper in a time duration of three hours.

Step 6: Pay the application fee through the provided online payment options. The fee amount varies for different posts, so ensure you pay the correct fee as per your chosen position.

Step 7: Double-check all the entered information and uploaded documents before submitting the application.

Step 8: Once submitted, note down the registration number or take a printout of the application confirmation page for future reference.

Step 9: Keep checking the official website or your registered email for updates and notifications regarding the recruitment process.

Step 10: It is advisable to take a printout of the completed application form and payment receipt for your records.
 

The candidate must have to pay the required application fee to complete their registration. This is a one-time registration fee to paid while filling the application form for RPSC RAS 2023. The fee could be pay through online mode.
