South indian bank clerk Eligibility

The required eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit have been discussed below as per South Indian Bank Recruitment 2023 Notification.

South Indian Bank Educational Qualification (as on 31/01/2023)
The candidate must be a Graduate in Arts/ Science / Commerce/ Engineering stream under regular course.
X/ SSLC, XII/ HSC/Diploma* & Graduation with minimum 60% marks.
Note: Diploma is applicable only if graduation is done in Engineering.

South Indian Bank Age Limit
Not more than 26 years. The candidate should be born not earlier than 01/02/1997 and not later than 31/01/2005 (both days inclusive).
The Upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years in the case of SC/ST candidates.

The following steps will help the candidates download the admit card:

Step 1: Candidates can visit the official website to download the admit card. https://www.southindianbank.com/.

Step 2: Next, the candidates can find the link for the ‘News and Events section on the homepage, and click on it.

Step 3: The candidates will be redirected to the page where they will find the link for ‘Clerk Admit Card 2023’. Here they can enter their credentials such as their date of birth, application number, and password.

Step 4: They will then be redirected to a page where they will be able to access their admit card. The candidates are required to download and save this admit card and carry a printed copy of it with them to the examination.

Online Test and Interview
Initial shortlisting will be done based on the marks scored in the Online Test.
Final Selection will be based on the consolidated marks obtained for Online Test and Personal Interview.
Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the applicant for being called for an Interview.
The bank reserves the right to make required modifications in the selection process considering the number of applications for the post and also decide the number of applicants to be called for an Interview.
In matters regarding eligibility and selection, Bank’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

Candidates should go to the CURRENT OPENINGS section of the Bank's website www.southindianbank.com and select "CLICK HERE TO APPLY/log in," which will take them to a new screen.
To register an application, go to the "Click here for New Registration" link and fill in your name, contact information, and email address. The system will produce a Provisional Registration Number and Password, which will be displayed on the screen.
The Provisional Registration Number and Password should be written down by the candidate. The Provisional Registration number and Password will also be given via email and SMS.
If the candidate is unable to finish the application form in one sitting, the data already entered can be saved by selecting the "SAVE AND NEXT" tab.
Candidates can now complete the remainder of the Application Form. Before you COMPLETE REGISTRATION, click on the Preview Tab to examine and verify the whole application form.
Click on the 'Payment' tab, make your payment, and then click the 'Submit' button.
