The candidates must have detailed knowledge of the NABARD Grade A 2023 salary to accurately analyze the work profile. The starting salary of NABARD Grade A (Assistant Manager) is 28,150/- per month on the scale of 28150-1550(4) -34350-1750(7) 46600 EB - 1750(4)- 53600-2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade along with other benefits. At present, the initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately 61,000/.

There are three main important sections in NABARD Grade A Selection Process. They are as follows:
Preliminary Exam:-This is the Phase 1 of the selection process. The preliminary exam will consists of objective type questions.
Mains Exam:-Candidates who pass the preliminary exam will receive a call letter for the Mains Exam, also known as Phase 2 Exam.
Interview:-The candidates who have qualified for the mains examination will be called for a personal interview round and document verification. The interview contains 25 marks. Generally, Double the number of the total vacancies are selected based on cut-off.
The final result is prepared after combining the marks obtained in the mains examination and personal interview.
