Gujarat High Court District Judge Eligibility

Education Qualification :
Candidate must possess a Degree in Law from a University recognized by law in India.
Will have to pass the vernacular (Gujarati) language proficiency test.
Candidate must be a practicing Advocate in Courts of Civil and/ or Criminal jurisdiction on the last date fixed for submission of Online
Applications and must have so practiced continuously for a period not less than Seven Year
Candidate must possess Basic Knowledge of Computer Application / Operation

Age Limit :
A candidate must have attained the age of 35 years and must not have attained the age of 48 years in the case of SC, ST, EBC, as well as Differently Abled Candidates with Locomotor Disability and Ex­ Servicemen
45 years in the case of General Candidates

Application Fee :
The candidates belonging to General Category are required to pay Examination Fees of Rs.2,000/­ plus Bank Charges
whereas Rs.1,000/­ plus Bank Charges are required to be paid by the Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Socially & Educationally Backward Classes, Locomotor Disabled Persons and Ex­Servicemen Categories
