| Library | National Institute of Fashion Technology, Gandhinagar has a resource center which consists of the Library Wing and Material Wing. The library consists books on garments, fashion, and technology and also subscribes to fashion journals and fashion forecast. Library also provides fashion periodical Index, bibliographies, subject/ picture files, videotapes, slides, and CD-ROM. The material wing consists of Textiles, Costumes, Finding, and Accessories. The textile collection contains a fully documented collection of woven and printed patterns created for apparel & home furnishings, costume collection consists of well-known designer's clothing and regional costumes of India. Functional materials such as zippers, elastic, buttons, embellishments interfacing, linings and other materials needed to complete the garments are to be found in the findings collection. A variety of belts, bags, costume jewelry, yarn craft etc. is to be found in Accessories section. |

| Hostel | National Institute of Fashion Technology, Gandhinagar provides hotel facility only for girl students (preferably for first-year students). Facilities like Wi-Fi connectivity, water purifiers, mess, reading rooms, gym, TV, indoor and outdoor games, medical facility etc are provided. A small amphitheater is attached to the hostel for informal activities. Rooms are available on twin sharing basis and all rooms are equipped with the cupboard, table, chair.
