Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) Bhatkal, formerly known as Anjuman Engineering College, is the prestigious unit of Anjuman Hami-E-Muslimeen (AHM) Bhatkal, which manages more than 20 institutions, and is recognized as one of the premier educational organizations in South India. AITM was established in 1980 as a Muslim minority institution, and is currently positioned among the renowned technical institutions in Karnataka, with a well developed infrastructure and dedicated faculty. AITM is the only institution in North Canara, which offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) course of VTU.
